Having trouble signing in? No problem — here’s everything you need to know to get back into your account quickly and securely.

 

Incorrect Password

Make sure you're entering your password correctly:

  • Check that Caps Lock is off
  • Ensure there are no extra spaces
  • Confirm you're using your latest password

If needed, click ‘Forgotten Password’ on the login screen to reset it.

 

First-Time Login

If this is your first time logging in, you’ll need to set up your password before accessing your account.

If you

  • Search your emails for your activation link
  • Click ‘Activate Your Account’
  • You will be taken to a screen to set up your password

If you cannot find your activation email, please contact Qdos for support by calling 0116 269 0999.

If you have activated your account following these steps, but still cannot log in, please reset your password by clicking ‘Forgotten Password’.

 

Not logged in for a while?

If you have not logged in to your account for some time, firstly please to reset your password:

  • Go to the login page
  • Click ‘Forgotten Password’
  • Enter your email address
  • Follow the link in your email to create your password

If you do not receive an email, this may be because your account has not been set up for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Please therefore reach out to us on 0116 269 0999 and we can ensure access to your account.

 

Password Requirements

When creating a new password, please make sure it meets the following criteria:

  • At least 12 characters long
  • Includes at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one special character
  • Does not contain your username

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) with Okta

To keep your account secure, we use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via Okta, which uses a verification code sent to your email.

How it works:

  • 1. Log in using your email address and password
  • You’ll be prompted to verify your identity
  • Check your email inbox for a message from Okta (usually arrives within a few seconds)
  • Either enter the 6-digit code from the email on the login screen or simply click the link in the email to complete the login
  • You’ll be securely logged in

Having trouble receiving your code?

  • Make sure you’re checking the correct email address
  • Look in your spam or junk folder
  • If you haven’t received anything after a minute, click “Resend Code”
